About the bed Hand-made in the UK, with the Colourspring slat system for optimum support and correct posture. Suitable for children of all ages, this full length single bed is manufactured in the UK by a specialist children's bed manufacturer with more than 15 years experience.
The Colourspring system uses pre-sprung natural beech slats to provide even mattress support. Each of the slats flexes and rocks independently, conforming to the spine's natural resting position - ensuring the perfect posture. The inter-slat ventillation allows the mattress to 'breathe', unlike a solid based bed, which helps to minimize dust accumulation for a healthier sleep (particularly important for those with asthma).
Made from quality timbers, robust composites and laminates, all of the surfaces, edges and feet on these beds are smoothed or feature a tough, scratch resistant colour trim. Only non-toxic paints and varnishes are used.
Supplied fully pre-finished in flatpack form, it can be assembled in a matter of a few minutes. Made to order.
Mattress Option Requires a standard UK single (6ft3in) mattress. A high quality Vogue mattress to your order. These great open coil mattresses are made in the UK using a hypo-allergenic filling. They are created specifically for children, having the correct spring rating for kids aged up to their early teens.
